IF YOU:
- Have relevant work experience in a specific area for more than 5 years.
- Are willing to attend at least two or three meetings per quarter.
- Fluent in English.
AS A MENTOR, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge of the job market.
You will be an inspiration for the new graduates to cultivate their talent and expand their professional development.
It will be an opportunity to increase and strengthen your links with your university and to expand your professional network.
The International Mentoring Programme is a cycle of webinars designed to connect undergraduate and master’s degree students with mentors from all over Europe who are alumni from seven Coimbra Group universities.
The subject of classes will be individually discussed with each of Mentors.
Our goal is to provide not only theoretical knowledge related to the labor market, but also practical information and advice that can help students entering this market in any way.
Mentoring brings many benefits to professional development, ranging from the opportunity to overcome fears and limitations, by finding an idea for students’ professional future and ending with the possibility of building a career plan.
